Super Bonjour

VANCOUVER, British Columbia and MONTREAL, May 06, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Super Bonjour, a female-led creative studio on the Bi Coast, triumphs in the Applied Arts 2022 Design Awards Website Self-Promotion category. Winners of the prestigious Applied Arts Awards are selected by an experienced independent panel of judges and celebrated for their creative innovation. A boutique studio competing against big name agencies of all sizes, Super Bonjour emerged victorious in a category of limitless creative potential. Co-founders Reanna Evoy and Vanda Daftari were praised for their insightful and compelling design process in developing Super Bonjour’s newly introduced Custom website which clearly contextualizes their work and team values.

“We went through our proprietary Brand Therapy™ process,” explains Evoy. “It was cathartic and hard at times, but in the end it was helpful to get clear and honest with ourselves, our progressions and our performances.”

Daftari adds, “Creating a new website for Super Bonjour gave us the opportunity to bring our editorial perspective to the digital space by designing a user experience and interface that feels like us: intensely colorful with a touch of humor.”

Super Bonjour also received an Applied Arts Award for Editorial (Series): Entire Publication Design in 2021, recognizing her work in the conception, design and development of a print publication with global distribution for Herschel Supply Co.

The contributions awarded the Prize for Applied Arts 2022 are listed on appliedartmag.com and will be featured later in June online in the Winners Gallery and in print in the Summer Annual, available on newsstands in July.
