Turner named chief operating officer of Coastal Mechanical Services
Jeff TurnerCurrently Vice President of Operations for Coastal Mechanical Services, recently named Chief Operating Officer for the company.
He is responsible for operations, preparation of offers, sales, marketing and human resources.
Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
He started at Coastal Mechanical in the appraisal department and has held various positions including project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager and operations manager.

St. Francis Reflections Life Stage Care adds two doctors
St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care announced that two doctors have joined a nonprofit medical team.
Dr. Ryan Chapman When Dr. Diane Dunley Form a team of eight specialists in hospice and palliative medicine.

Chapman holds a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and a medical degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Osteopathic Medical College. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine.
Chapman is a specialist in internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine. It maintains the American Medical Association and a professional association with the American Medical Association.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling the world and spending time with his family, including his wife, who is also a doctor.
Dunley holds a bachelor’s degree from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, and a medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed a family medicine internship at Providence Family Medicine and a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital and VA Hospital.
Dunley is accredited by the Board of Family Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition, she is certified as the medical director of the hospice.
Dunley is a Fellow of the Academy of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Hospice Palliative Medicine.
In her spare time. Dunley enjoys active activities, walks the beach, swims, rides bikes, and has spent nearly 30 years with dogs and families, including her husband and two daughters.
